Games: What games are you currently playing? [OT!]

Im hearing many good things about Jade Empire, but the fact its by Bioware (Baldurs Gate) leads me to believe it'll be another hack'n'slash style RPG. I havent enjoyed those in the past, but i'll give this a shot sometime.

Just finished playing some Guitar Freaks.

Guitar Freaks is a game which is brilliant in it's own right, but once you attain an actual guitar controller to use while performing the songs........the feeling is comparable to holding a beautiful, angelic maiden in your arms as she affectonately hums a gentle lullaby which causes you to descend into a world of inconceivable tranquility and indulgence. And yet, should you caress this transcendent maiden of wonder, she then releases an indescribable sound which is sufficient to take you to the heights of the heavens and back, the whole time allowing you to relish in the warm sensation of her sweet embrace.

I gave Metal Slug 5 a shot recently, its not bad, although a bit short. It'll probably be released in the US at some stage.

Playing Final Fantasy IX again, and i'm playing the second disc again (i stopped playing before because my stats were CRAP compared to now)

Whenever i look at my newly purchased copy i think "ugh, exams..." and put it back again. As soon as summer hits, that games going straight into the Playstation.

For now though, ive got pick-up 'n' play games going, such as Guitar Freaks and Guilty Gear, with occasional splashings of Devil May Cry 3 when im feeling a bit devil may care.

Felt like some real Sonic game so I'm playing Sonic Adventure DX with my graphics card. The game is pretty much like the Dreamcast with Sonic Adventure 2 models, some revamped/improved textures, the free camera mode, and the missions, but it looks so much better because I'm seeing it in a computer monitor, 1024?768 non-interlaced, 85 Hz VSYNC, 4? multisampling anti-aliasing, and 16? anisotropic filtering. Polygons look completely smoothened, while textures look ultra-crisp.
